Rainbow Rights PH
R-Rights Philippines is a non-profit, non-partisan organization advocating for LGBTQ+ rights in the Philippines. They focus on legal advocacy, literacy, and empowerment related to Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity or Expression (SOGIE) laws and policies. Their mission is to create an environment that upholds human rights and equal opportunities for all, regardless of SOGIE.
What We Do

Legislative and policy work
We consult on the SOGIE Equality Bill and gender-based laws in the House and Senate, and assist local governments with Anti-Discrimination Ordinances (ADOs) and IRRs.

Capacity building
We offer capacity building through our Community Paralegal Program, Workplace Diversity Trainings for local and multinational companies, and Access to Justice trainings with LGUs.
03.
Research and publication
We publish research on gender and LBT women’s experiences, handbooks on justice, workplace diversity, and media, as well as infographics on violence and ADO studies in various cities.
